The 94,000 sq foot Sports and Community Center building will be built in Beverly Massachusetts off of LP Henderson Road. The 6.5 acre site has outstanding access directly off the main highway, Rt 128, and is easily accessible to all of the residents of the North Shore of Boston.

The project represents one of the first Leed Certified ice rink and indoor sports complexes in the country. The "green" facility will capitalize on the newest energy saving technologies by implementing excess heat reclamation and recycling systems, solar/wind power, variable power management software and numerous new advances in equipment and building design. These technologies will drastically reduce our carbon footprint and at the same time create an extremely energy efficient facility.
